Returns & Exchanges Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At Denimyth, we want you to love your apparel and bags. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you with a quick return or exchange.
Shipping Method Notice
- All orders ship by air, whether eligible for free shipping or not.
- Free-shipping orders: air shipping is included at no additional cost.
- Paid-shipping orders: air shipping fees are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the express carrier you choose.
- Non-quality returns (change of mind, wrong size/color chosen, etc.): as a reference, a standard return label from us is $18.99 if you choose to use it. You may also use your own carrier at your own cost.
- If the return is due to our reasons (defective item, damaged on arrival, wrong item sent), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. Denimyth will cover the return shipping. We may request photos/videos to verify the issue.
Non-returnable Items
- Final sale/clearance items, personalized/monogrammed items, gift cards, and worn/washed items cannot be returned.
- For hygiene and safety, certain accessories may be non-returnable if opened (details will be stated on the product page).
Exchanges
- The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and submit a return for the original item.
- If you prefer a direct exchange for the same item in a different size/color, contact us and we’ll assist if inventory allows. Return shipping for non-quality exchanges follows the same rule as above: consumer pays; a standard $18.99 label is available, or use your own carrier.
How to Start a Return
- Email Support@denimyth.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if quality-related.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
- Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.
Refunds
- After your return is delivered to our facility and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval; your bank/issuer may take additional time.
- If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days after our approval notice, please contact us.
Condition & Packaging
- Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit. Returns that arrive used, damaged, stained, altered, or missing tags/packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking deduction.
Shipping Errors or Damage Upon Arrival
- If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve it promptly.
Address for Returns
- Our return address will be provided in your return authorization email. Unauthorized returns or COD packages will not be accepted.
